I tried ordering twice now and both times the item said it was in stock, then the order got cancelled later. Super annoying when the size looks available but it actaully isn’t. The site really needs better inventory updates, becuase this is frustrating.

My order took longer to arrive than I thought it would, and the shipping updates were a little slow along the way. I was hoping to have it sooner, so that part was kind of frustrating. That said, everything did show up in good shape, and the product itself was solid

My package showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, which was really frustrating. Like I said, I don’t mind waiting a little, but not knowing what’s going on is annoying. Like I said, the whole delivery experience was a mess, and I probably won’t order from here again.

I ordered a top and, i’m getting a little tired of running into this same problem. The fabric felt cheap, rough, and super thin, especially for the price. It just didn’t feel like what I expected at all, so I ended up returning it that same week.

I’m still waiting on my refund, this whole exchange process has been a mess.

I tried to shop on Veronica Beard the other night while I was sitting on the couch with a cup of tea, and the whole thing got annoying fast. The pages were loading really slowly for me, the filters didn’t seem to narrow things down correctly, and then my cart started updating in a weird way. I kept thinking maybe it was my Wi-Fi, but other sites were working fine. After messing with it for a while, I just gave up. For the prices they charge, the website really should feel a lot smoother and easier to use.

As soon as I tried it on, my first thought was that the sizing was way off. The fit just felt awful and not at all like I expected.

The sizing was also a bit off for me. I tried to explain what I was running into, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read the message. Not a terrible experience, I just expected the clothes to feel better for the price.

They did eventually help me fix my order, but it took way longer than it should have. the whole mess felt like it was on them, and I was annoyed having to chase it down just to get something that should’ve been handled right the first time.

I bought a blazer from Veronica Beard, after just a few wears, I was disappointed. I really wanted to love it because the style was great, but the quality just didn’t feel like what I expected from the brand.

The stitching started coming loose around the seams, which was frustrating because I wasn’t wearing it heavily or doing anything unusual in it. For the price, I just assumed it would hold up better, and I guess I thought... I don’t know, it would feel more worth it.
I’m giving it 1 star because it didn’t last the way it should have. I wouldn’t buy from them again unless the quality improves, because at this price point, you kind of expect more.

I don’t totally get the hype, honestly. Maybe I didn’t look through everything, but from what I did see, the site is clean and easy enough to browse, while the clothes just felt kind of boring to me. At the same time, some pieces seemed almost too trendy, if that makes sense. A lot of items looked similar, and I didn’t really see anything that felt worth the price. Could just be my taste, but it’s not for me.

I only wore this twice before the seams started ripping. My sister even noticed it when I had it on and asked if it was already coming apart. Really disappointing because I expected it to last longer.
